Like NewWest Missoula editor Matthew Frank said, we are looking for contributors to help us build a vibrant and delicious network for Montana foodies. We’re looking for recipes, restaraunt reviews, places to get special ingredients, equipment reviews and anecdotes about cooking and eating.

Hey there. I want to thank Dave for putting this together. It’s a great idea. Who doesn’t like food?
Some of us, like me, like it a little too much. So I am a Lifetime Member at Weight Watchers. If there are any other weight watchers out there, I would be happy to post some WW friendly recipes.
But it’s not all about watching one’s weight. No one can stand a diet if you never get a day off. So I’ve got some ideas for food that just tastes good too!
And, finally, thanks for the jambalaya recipe. It looks great.
